POSITION SUMMARYSlick Rock Tanning & Spa is seeking an experienced marketing manager to drive brand growth and market presence by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, attract new clients, and boost membership sales. The Marketing Manager will lead omnipresent marketing campaigns across paid media, client engagement initiatives, events, and in-store promotions, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact results across all channels and locations. The goal is to elevate the brand's visibility, attract and convert new clients, increase membership enrollments, and foster customer loyalty through strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESUtilize an omnichannel approach to drive new client acquisition, membership upgrades, and revenue growth from existing clients across multiple store locationsDrive a measurable increase in new client acquisitions, with specific targets set for new leads, client sign-ups and new memberships through various digital marketing channelsAnalyze client data and feedback to create personalized marketing initiatives that resonate with current customersPlan and execute local events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and attract foot traffic to the salonsEngage with the community and leverage local advertising channels to drive interest and brand loyaltyDevelop and execute automated nurture campaigns to guide leads through the sales funnel and drive conversionsUse CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead interactions, segment audiences, and optimize campaign performanceAchieve a specific return on investment (ROI) for paid media campaigns, ensuring that advertising spend is optimized for maximum impact and cost-efficiency.Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting toolsProvide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, client acquisition, and membership sales, with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvementKEY COMPETENCIES

Above average oral and written communication skills, including high proficiency in all MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointWorking experience with creative software: Illustrator, Canva, ChatGPT, Google WorkspaceCompetency in marketing automation and CRM, preferably HubspotPrevious marketing experience requiredAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitudeAbility to think critically, in order to develop and assess marketing materialsOutstanding organization and administrative skillsAbility to demonstrate independent thinking as well as a teamwork approach to job responsibilitiesExperience with digital platforms, social media and content marketingQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in driving client acquisition, membership growth, and revenue increase in a similar industry or retail environmentFamiliarity with the wellness, tanning, or beauty industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapeExpertise in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, and content creationProficiency in managing lead workflows, creating automated nurture campaigns, and utilizing CRM and marketing automation toolsStrong analytical skills with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting toolsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and engage with diverse audiencesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experienceA genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or self-care is desiredAlignment with Slick Rock Tanning & Spa's mission to enhance clients' self-esteem and well-beingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay: $55,000-$65,000 per year
