THE IMPACT YOU CAN MAKE:

The Mobile Marketing Analyst will be responsible for proofing, deployment and quality control of marketing plans for mobile channels (PUSH, SMS and App Download) as they relate to all cross functional teams. This position will be responsible for supporting the mobile relationship with our credit card partner and requires a high level of involvement with the internal credit team. This position will also support the integrated marketing team as it pertains to Grand Opening activities and mobile support needed. Approximately one quarter of this position's workload will be dedicated to projects and tasks related to other digital marketing channels to support the Manager, Digital Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrate knowledge of mobile channel strategies for Promotional, Transactional, Geo-Targeted, and Automated programsOwn end-to-end creation and deployment of mobile campaigns including providing resource information on channel selection and timingCollaborate and build relationships between internal teams as well as external partnersSupport the Digital Marketing Manager in other channels where necessary for planning, coordination and execution of campaigns and projectsStrategize the creation and deployment of mobile marketing communication for the Ulta Beauty Credit CardDefine mobile engagement strategies for the store teams as it relates to grand opening/remodel or closure activityLeverage data to analyze and track the impact, effectiveness and optimization of mobile marketing projectsWork directly with CRM and Mobile Engineering Teams to implement and improve programsDeliver quality experiences and promptly troubleshoot issues, resolve and communicateParticipate in eCommerce planning meetings to understand Guest centric marketing strategies, goals and objectivesStay up-to-date and share best practices in mobile channel marketing initiatives & innovationsYOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY:

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with an emphasis in marketing/businessMinimum of 1 year of prior mobile marketing retail experience preferredHave proven skills in highly targeted and customer-centric campaign development, management, and quality controlMobile-savvy; familiar with the unique stylistic requirements that make digital content successfulThinks strategically while staying on top of tactical execution; able to grasp complex business processes and maintain attention to detailQuantitative skills, including Excel, data validation, reporting, analysis, and visualizationHighly organized and possesses excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate with others in person or via digital platformsMicrosoft Office proficiencyPassion for testing, learning and making data-driven decisions a plus
