Recruit Secure is collaborating with a highly rated and beautiful Assisted Living Facility (ALF)located in the Cherry Hill, NJ, area that is looking for an experienced

Sales and Marketing Director

to join their team. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing plans to identify new business opportunities to generate leads and referrals and to position the ALF as a premier facility. The focus of this position is to build strong key relationships with families, residents, and community organizations to secure and maintain a high occupancy/census. The Sales Director manages the entire sales process and works to achieve corporate objectives by converting leads and referrals through a timely and thorough follow-up process, scheduling and managing tours, assisting, guiding, and educating families; and communicating with staff and families to resolve any roadblocks to admissions. This position reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Some Responsibilities:Maintain and develop referral relationships with clients, accounts, and professional referral sourcesDevelop and implement sales and marketing plansMaintains sales tracking through CRM package (Sherpa)Develop community outreach plansWork with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.Create, manage, and monitor new business development plansConduct competitive research and monitor market trends.Requirements:

Prior Sales or Marketing experience for Assisted Living Facilities -

a mustKnowledge of Healthcare facilities and systemsDemonstrated success in business development and account managementExperience with CRM platformsStrong negotiating and closing skills
