Position Summary:

The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and delivery of communication strategies and plans that drive McCarthy Holdings, Inc. core values of Genuine, We, Not I, and All In to employees across MHI and its subsidiaries. The manager will lead a team of talented communication professionals to help support MHI key business goals through strategic communication planning and measurement.

McCarthy is looking for an individual who is highly skilled in relationship management and project execution - with a keen eye for marketing and brand standards. The individual should enjoy working on fast-paced teams and have experience developing communication professionals. Experience with construction or similar frontline worker industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:Develops and coaches team to deliver high-quality, high-impact communications across the companyLeads the design, development, and implementation of communication strategies that meet the needs of our employeesCoordinates the communication, marketing and engagement campaigns with a variety of clients across the businessHelp build effective communication platform for internal and Craft professional audiencesAnalyzes and interprets data to draw conclusions that help influence go-to-market communication strategiesBuilds effective relationships within and across the team, as well as with internal stakeholdersEducation and Experience:

5-7 years experience requiredBachelor's degree required; Communication, English, Journalism or other related degree preferredPrevious management experience preferredFunctional Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience in Adobe Creative Suite preferredStrong client relationship and project management skills required
