Job Summary:The Training Specialist - Instructional Design will manage the design and development of the organization's training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conducts needs-gap analysis and implements measures to address skill gapsPlan, design, and develop training programsDevelop standard operating procedures, training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other instructional material using content creation softwareDevelop testing and evaluation proceduresPartner with Supervisors to track team member training progress and needsAssist in evaluating team member developmentMaintain team member training filesContinuous evaluation of training content for accuracy and relevancy
Requirements: · Previous experience providing training ideally in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.· Experience using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or other e-learning development software· Experience with LMS365 or another LMS platform· Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Software· Excellent communication skills· Bilingual Preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish· Interpersonal and people skills
