PRIMARY FUNCTION

Develop and execute communications plans to support organizational goals. Write, edit, and proofread content for various communications channels, including website, email, print, and social media.

TYPICAL DUTIESPartner with the marketing and business teams to create and refine copy that drives brand and campaign success.Develop engaging website content, including short-form articles and impactful landing page copy.Produce and polish content for social media, emails, and promotional materials.Produce monthly internal newsletterPresent persuasive copy concepts that captivate and convert audiences.Collaborate with the Brand team to brainstorm and craft diverse marketing assets.Conduct keyword research, generate captivating content, and ensure top-notch quality through meticulous proofreading.Leverage data to shape and enhance content strategy, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, or a related field and experience in marketing or content writing.Three- five years' experience in storytelling within the AEC or consulting services marketDemonstrated success in crafting compelling websites and digital media copy.Proven record of accomplishment in executing effective marketing campaigns.Strong multitasking ability with a knack for creating error-free, brand-aligned content that meets deadlines.Advanced skills in SEO, social media strategy, and web content writingExpertise in UX principlesProficient with standard office software.Creative, adaptable, and collaborative with a growth mindset.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSCapable of traveling to and from external office sites.Ability to use equipment for communication and documentation purposes.Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.GENERAL NOTE:
