Jacobs is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter that is passionate about hunting and attracting top talent to make a big impact on the organization. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to fully understand talent needs and requirements for the roles and source qualified candidates in the water, transportation, buildings, and healthcare industries. Works with members of the senior leadership team, management, clients and candidates in order to identify and attract talent.With the support of the Recruiters and Regional TA Lead, this position is responsible for developing effective recruiting strategies for multiple departments.This is a highly visible position that requires the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clientsIdentify, source, recruit and screen highly qualified candidates.Ensures regular communication with hiring managers to discuss candidates and drive the recruitment process.Has regular communication with potential candidates and passive candidates in order to build a pipeline of top talent.Manage and track candidate activityMaintains all recruiting data and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field preferred.At least 5 years of increasing responsibilities in recruitingProven experience Sourcing & Recruiting within the Water Operations & Maintenance (O&M) industryExperience interfacing with all levels of management and leadership in a corporate environmentYou will be asked to speak to groups of people in a presentation setting and in small group settingsAbility to obtain results in passive recruitment, sourcing of hard-to-find talent and maintaining candidate relationshipsExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed requiredAbility to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or directionKnowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the USRecruitment compliance / law knowledgeFully proficient with MS Office software tools (Outlook, Word Excel, PowerPoint)Organization; You will be asked to keep and manage data on your workload

Ideally, You will also have

Recruiting experience in the Water Market & Alternative DeliveryAble to work under pressure and deadlinesExperience providing metrics and data
