In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent for instructional design positions, helping shape the future of education and training for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit high-quality instructional designers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Candidate Management: Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for instructional design roles.Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best match for each role.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies in instructional design to provide strategic insights and recommendations.Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent, including job postings, networking events, and targeted outreach.Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified instructional design candidates for current and future opportunities.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on instructional design or related fields preferred.Knowledge: Familiarity with instructional design principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as an understanding of the educational and corporate training sectors.Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.Technology: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchGenerous paid time off and holidaysProfessional development and training opportunitiesFlexible working hours and remote work options
