Our mission is to empower healthcare providers and patients with cutting-edge tools that enhance remote care capabilities.Position Summary:We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and make our content newsworthy. This leadership role will oversee all marketing and communications activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful implementation of campaigns that gain traction in the media, focusing on earned media rather than paid.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Strategy:Lead the marketing and communications team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment.Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve business objectives.Align marketing strategies with overall company goals and vision.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Content Development and PR:Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, blogs, educational materials, and video content.Develop PR strategies that make our content newsworthy and gain traction in media without relying on paid efforts.Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage and enhance the brand's presence in the healthcare industry.Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing and communication initiatives.

Event and Outreach Coordination:Plan and manage participation in healthcare conferences and trade shows.Organize and host monthly and quarterly webinars for patients and healthcare providers.Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Lead Generation and Conversion:Develop strategies to increase patient conversions, aiming for a targeted amount of inbound leads per month.Improve patient consent ratios, targeting an increase MoM.Generate new health system/group practice prospects.

Market and Brand Development:Enhance the RPM Healthcare brand through targeted publicity and media outreach.Align the RPM website content and design with broader marketing efforts.Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and other professional networks, sharing thought leadership and engaging content.Oversee the production of case studies, infographics, and other marketing collateral.

Performance and Compliance:Track and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI.Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on marketing and communication initiatives and performance.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3+ years of healthcare marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing, executing, and analyzing successful marketing and PR campaigns.Experience in marketing, PR, and communications; healthcare technology industry experience highly desirable.Proficiency in SEO writing, social media, and content marketing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong affinity for graphic design.Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CMS (e.g., WordPress), digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), and Google Analytics.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
