Job Overview The Vice President of Marketing, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Customer Care and Public Engagement, leads the agency's marketing and communications strategy. This role is essential in defining and promoting VIA's internal and external brand, increasing awareness of its mission. The Vice President develops messaging, marketing strategies, and a strong brand identity in collaboration with the senior executive management team. As a VIA spokesperson, they will enhance the agency's visibility and support its mission and goals. Additionally, they oversee brand development, marketing campaigns, and performance metrics, managing strategies, automation systems, and departmental planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term marketing and branding strategy aligned with VIA's strategic goals. Leverage digital media platforms, including the website, digital advertising, and social media channels. Manage brand positioning, target audience identification, and tactical marketing plans to engage the target market. Create a strategic communications platform to elevate VIA's profile among key stakeholders. Oversee social media, website, and media relations strategies, ensuring effective execution. Manage the marketing and communications budget, staffing, and support services. Foster professional growth within the marketing and communications team, promoting a creative environment. Supervise daily operations, develop strategies, and implement cost-saving measures based on data analysis. Analyze marketing workflows, identify gaps, and collaborate with the TI Department to improve marketing efficiency. Define and monitor key marketing metrics, manage reporting, and optimize campaign performance. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Ten (10) years of professional experience in marketing or related disciplines, including at least seven (7) years in a leadership role. Experience can substitute educational requirements on a year-for-year basis up to four years. Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Marketing. Additional Requirements
