The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on event management.In this role, you will work closely with the sales, business development, and global marketing teams to understand their specific goals and deliver effective marketing support. Collaboration across departments is essential. Your ability to manage detailed processes, coordinate events, and create impactful project stories and social posts will be key to driving engagement, building brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to the organization’s success.This is a temporary engagement intended for maternity leave coverage.You will be responsible for…Working hand in hand with the Head of Marketing to execute strategic regional activitiesLeading the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including logistics, promotional campaigns, vendor management, and on-site supportCollaborating with the global marketing team to execute regional activities on social channelsCreating and activating assets in marketing platforms (Hubspot) to support eventsDrafting and creating project case studies to be used in pursuits and digital activityCoordinating and managing photography and videography for completed projects, which may include traveling to project sitesDrafting and managing select project and people awards for submission and promotionSupporting PR agency relationship and activities through reviewing bylines, coordinating interviews, and outlining appropriate digital activitySupporting and providing input to globally managed social channels such as Instagram, and YouTubeDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and disciplines across the businessWhat you bring to the table…Deep expertise in event managementDeep expertise in multi-tasking, time management and being agileKnowledge of marketing principles, brand awareness and sales enablementExperience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and social channelsExperience in Microsoft OfficeProficient written and communication skillsYou meet these requirements…Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field3-5 years of relevant work experienceThe statements on the job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person(s) assigned to do this job.
