Design Visualization Specialist

We look after them with an extensive Employee Value Proposition program which includes rewards and recognition, career development and a focus on wellbeing.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have professional experience working in the interior design and/or architecture field and be experienced in the development of BIM models in Revit as well as photo-realistic renderings and visualizations.The candidate will have managed a team in the past and open to managing a small remote team.An Associate’s Degree or Vocational Certificate in Architecture, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field is preferred5+ years of experience using Revit, Enscape and 3DMax in a professional setting.ResponsibilitiesCreating photo-realistic renderings in Enscape and 3DMax including modeling building elements, families, finishes and lighting scenarios.Management of multiple visualization projects at once using North America and India team members. This will include direction, quality control, task management and staffing/resourcing.Accountable for the quality of visualization products for designated projects.Occasional assistance in documentation when visualization products are not required.The statements on the job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person(s) assigned to do this job.
