As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. As part of the Organization Effectiveness team, you will enable teams to realize this mission by landing simple processes, connected tooling, and managing operations across the program life-cycle. You will contribute to reducing churn, increasing efficiency and velocity, and supporting organizational culture through operational excellence.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel, and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver program communications in collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.Author program charter that addresses scope and timeline of basic programs, specify program OKRs, and explain resource requirements/dependencies.Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by/who influences program outcome in collaboration with program stakeholders.Triage technical bugs and feature requests alongside engineering stakeholders for purposes of prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
