Content Marketing Manager, Small Business Marketing

More than 10 million small business advertisers use Meta technologies to connect with customers. In this role on our Global Small Business Marketing team, you will play a key part educating and empowering our small-to-medium business customers. We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of scaled marketing content for our small business audience. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help businesses adopt and successfully use the right solutions to grow their business. Your content will be served across digital experiences, like email, ads, video, web, in-product, and more. To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in content strategy and content creation, a strong appreciation of Facebook and Instagram advertising products and an understanding of how scaled marketing channels like emails and ads can be used to engage with businesses. You should also have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of advertising objectives and goals.

Content Marketing Manager, Small Business Marketing Responsibilities:Create content for scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Meta's advertising solutionsEvaluate audience and product insights to craft compelling go-to-market initiatives across scaled channelsPartner with growth marketing and product marketing teams to identify, prioritize and develop consistent positioning and messagingProduce customer-centric content that inspires and educates businessesEnsure content is compelling and integrated across channels including emails, ads, web pages, videos and moreWork with copywriters, designers and web developers to develop best-in-class marketing contentMeasure campaign initiatives and understand what makes content successful to iterate on those learnings

Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience within content/digital marketing, brand management, partner marketing, content strategy or a related fieldExperience with online advertising industry and/or small and medium businessesExperience with managing or creating content for paid online mediaExperience working in a highly cross-functional, global organization

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with advertising goals, challenges and needsExperience effectively collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners and prioritizing work against goals and deadlinesProject management and communication experienceStart-up experience

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
