We are seeking a talented and experiencedjunior to mid-level User Researcher to join our client’s team and help shape the future of AI-powered chat and copilot systems. As a User Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding user needs, evaluating system performance, and driving product improvements. Your expertise in AI and chatbot technologies will be invaluable in leveraging large language models (LLMs) to extract meaningful insights from user interaction data.Responsibilities:Conduct User Research:

Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.Analyze User Data:

Analyze user interaction logs, including chat transcripts and copilot usage data, to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.Leverage LLMs:

Utilize LLMs to extract valuable signals from natural language interactions, such as user intent, satisfaction, and areas of confusion.Evaluate System Performance:

Assess the effectiveness of AI-powered chat and copilot systems in meeting user needs and providing a positive user experience.Provide Insights:

Collaborate with product teams to communicate research findings and provide actionable recommendations for product development and improvement.Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and user research methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in user research, preferably with a focus on AI and chatbot technologies.Strong understanding of user research methodologies and techniques.Experience working with large language models and natural language processing.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate research findings.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for improving user experiences and driving innovation in AI.Bonus Points:Experience with user experience design or product management.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts.If you are a passionate and innovative User Researcher with a strong background in AI and chatbots, we encourage you to apply.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $43an hour.
