YouTube Ads UX is responsible for crafting ad experiences for YouTube. Our mission is to empower the YouTube ecosystem by keeping it free and engaging for users, responsibly rewarding creators, and connecting businesses to their unique audiences.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Build research tools and processes to center the UX organization and all partners in a deep understanding of our users.Manage managers of UX Research Quantitative and Qualification teams, oversee their work, processes and capabilities, and continue to build the organization.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop strategies that are user-centered and backed by research.Look into research methods within YouTube Ads, raise the quality bar for research methods within the team and across Google.Serve as a thought leader to guide and influence the direction of YouTube Ads, using both quantitative and qualitative research.
