We are looking for an intern to join the Lead Ads team to support the goal of responsibly developing and executing a vision for TikTok's performance advertising solutions.Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday, May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).Responsibilities:Work with PMs on industry-specific paid lead generation features to enhance performance and efficiency of our lead ads products.Drive the design, development, and iteration of advertising and user data-related products.Collaborate with technical and nontechnical cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and lead the go-to-market strategy.Use various methods to identify gaps in current targeting products and implement improvements accordingly.Collaborate with other ads product teams to develop relevant ad products.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or a related technical field.Hands-on product management experience.Strong logical and critical thinking skills.Highly analytical, with a focus on user needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Consulting experience in financial services, retail, education, and similar industries.Understanding of ad tech.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
