TasksIn this role, you'll wear two hats:
Organic Content Guru: You'll be instrumental in developing and executing social media strategies for a diverse range of clients across various platforms. From crafting monthly content calendars to analyzing performance and reporting key insights, you'll keep our organic social game strong.
Paid Social Sidekick: As needed, you'll assist with creative brainstorming and execution for some of our paid social client campaigns.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Assist with planning and creation of monthly social media content calendar for all clients
Report to Social Media leader to assist in content management and current social media campaigns
Analyze social media performance and report findings in a monthly analytics report
Analyze and proactively research competitors in the field
Help design and implement social media strategies to align with our business goals
Create engaging and shareable organic social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and potentially others (depending on our client needs).
Research and identify trending topics and hashtags relevant to our clients' industries.
Schedule and publish social media content using scheduling tools.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels, fostering positive brand interactions.
Analyze social media performance metrics and report key insights to the team.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Assist with content creation for other marketing initiatives (e.g., blog posts, email marketing).
RequirementsYou are a fit for this role if you:
1-2 years of digital marketing experience with a strong grasp of social media best practices.
Content creation chops: You can craft engaging and shareable content (text and visuals) that resonates on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, Tiktok etc
Social media wiz: You understand the ins and outs of major platforms and their functionalities.
Communication maestro: You excel at written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity with clients, colleagues, and the online community.
Organizational rockstar: You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects and hitting deadlines with meticulous detail.
Team player: Collaboration is key! You have strong interpersonal skills and can work effectively with diverse teams, both in person and remotely.
Lifelong learner: You're a quick learner who loves staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
