Paid Social Media Buyer - Lead Generation, Ecommerce for Local Marketing Agency

We are seeking an experienced, talented, self-motivated Paid Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. You will develop and implement effective paid social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. We need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
This is a FULL-TIME IN OFFICE role at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale location.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management : Strategically create and manage paid social media campaigns across diverse platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
Content Development : Develop and implement compelling and targeted content for social media advertisements.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Industry Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Competitor Analysis : Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities.
KPI Tracking : Track key performance indicators and monitor campaign outcomes rigorously.
Reporting : Compile and analyze data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to generate comprehensive reports.
Testing Plans : Provide detailed analysis and develop testing plans with actionable recommendations.
Budget Management : Oversee budget allocation, bidding processes, and pricing structures effectively.
Optimization and QA : Continuously optimize, quality assure, and test various elements of paid campaigns for enhanced performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a paid social media role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices.
Excellent writing abilities + superior communication skills.
Strong attention to detail + organization skills.
Experience with web-based research tools and methodologies and digital analytics.
Experience with social media management & social listening tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Experience with project management systems like Asana is helpful but not required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have outstanding phone etiquette.
Must be a self-starter and motivated to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
Trustworthy, honest, reliable, and dependable.
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
