Summary

The Director of Marketing & Communication will report to the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and will oversee marketing and communications for the organization. The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for defining the strategic marketing plan for the organization and then executing on it. Marketing efforts should help the organization meet its goals and enhance its ability to grow.

Responsibilities

Define, build and lead marketing strategy for the organizationLeverage thought leadership to establish Guidelight and its clinical executive as leaders in the PHP & IOP spaceDesign and drive campaigns, programs, field events, advertising, webinars and CEU programsPartner with the business development team and build out marketing collateral for the organization.Track and measure the effectiveness of each marketing effort.Develop a marketing playbook for existing locations and for new locations.Oversee social media accounts for Guidelight. Ensure all content is developed through a lens of creativity with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.Attend and lead various educational meetings, presentations, and networking events.Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to enhance marketing and enterprise strategies.Develops and implements a highly effective program of internal communications utilizing multi-faceted channels to ensure that teammates are engaged and well informed about company events, programs, issues and priorities.Support other communication functions as needed.Other reasonable job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree marketing, communication, business or a related field.5 years of full-time professional experience in Marketing.Experience in behavioral health is required.Experience building relationships and successfully supporting a sales team from a marketing perspective.Experience managing marketing budgets.Experience developing KPIs and metrics to showcase marketing performance compared to overall spend and revenue.Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.Expert in advising, presenting to and persuading senior corporate leaders.A winning mentality!
