That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for long term planning of acquisition media and tactical strategy for T-Mobile's Home Internet. This role will work closely with cross-functional internal support teams to identify scope and roadmap needs for the business. Leveraging insights from current and past campaigns, this role will adapt and develop marketing strategies that align to company priorities and deliver on commercial and brand objectives. Strategic partnership with commercial, operations, media, and analytics is a must. An understanding of the evolving ISP/Telecommunications space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate complex marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are critical for success. Leveraging research, insights, competitive intel, and segmentation data, this position will work with channel and product leads to foresee challenges and tactical solutions. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a marketing professional with a passion for building comprehensive plans designed to maximize long term key objectives.This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.Responsibilities:Develop marketing planning calendars and timelines in conjunction with other broadband marketing teams and shared resources leading to budget allocations and KPI targets.Leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated media and cross-channel acquisition plans.Lead competitive intelligence media strategy for Broadband products working closely with Research and Commercial marketing teams.Partner with internal media teams and agencies on creation of world-class LRP that speaks to the audience and campaign objectives.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of study; Master's/Advanced degree preferred.3 years of marketing experience in authoring and implementing national integrated direct marketing plans with recognized B2C brands.2 years experience with delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution.Solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc.Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical.Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.At least 18 years of age.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Base Pay Range: $85,700 - $154,600. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
