Director of Contemporary Music and Worship

Prerequisite Skills & Traits

· Ability to articulate basic Christian theology

· Ability to play guitar preferred

· Proficiency in worship design, including music, lighting, audio/visual equipment, and ProPresenter

· Background check

· Agreement to Trinity’s Digital Media Policy

· Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members

Regular Duties

· Design and lead contemporary worship service

· Recruit and train volunteers for contemporary worship teams

· Coordinate worship teams (musical and technical) for contemporary service

· Support traditional service as needed

Occasional Duties

· Design and lead special services

· Devise and implement creative worship elements

· Collaborate with other staff on church-wide events

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
