The Director of Finance will lead Finance and Compliance functions within the Marketing and Communications (MAC) business unit of over 330 employees and an operating budget exceeding $50M. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, risk management, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall direction and leadership for Finance and Compliance functions.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.Manage contracts and purchasing for the MAC Division.Direct compliance tasks, including internal procedures and regulatory filings.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.Oversee general accounting duties and manage administrative staff.Ensure compliance with Conservancy policies and financial standards.Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.Act independently to resolve complex issues and make strategic decisions.WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective training abilities, and strong communication skills.
