We aim to cultivate an inclusive work environment where employees feel a sense of belonging and their unique contributions are valued.WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHERThe Director of Finance will provide overall direction and leadership for Finance and Compliance functions within the Marketing and Communications (MAC) business unit of 330+ employees and an operating budget of $50M+. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, risk management, and compliance.The Director of Finance (DF) will:Lead financial operations and ensure compliance across the division.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.Develop processes and solutions to streamline operational requirements and policies.Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve cost efficiency.Engage with leadership teams on financial management and sustainability.Direct the management of all contracts and purchasing needs for the MAC Division.Manage compliance-related tasks, including internal Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory filings.Establish a vision for areas of responsibility and deliver targeted recommendations.Enhance systems and tools used by the MAC Division.Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.The DF will serve as a trusted advisor and require strong stakeholder engagement across the organization.
