As the Director of Marketing for our expanding, multi-unit fast casual restaurant chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future. Reporting to the President & Chief Transformation Officer, and working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will be a key member of the brand brain trust. Your mission will be to craft and execute a forward-thinking brand and sales strategy that propels our company into its next phase of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management:

Lead a marketing team consisting of a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Coordinator.Manage all marketing and sales KPIs.Manage annual Marketing budget.Foster relationships with all sales and marketing vendors.Collaborate effectively within the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to overall organizational progress.Strategic Planning And Execution

Develop, recommend, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on revenue growth and brand positioning.Work under the guidance and in collaboration with the President and CEO to ensure strategic alignment with the company's vision.Proactively adapt strategies to reflect market changes and organizational objectives.Data-Driven Decision Making

Employ advanced analytics to inform marketing decisions.Implement predictive measures for sales and brand health.Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and drive growth.Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Engage closely with key stakeholders including the VP of Accounting & Finance, Director of Organizational Development, Director of Supply Chain, and Senior Director of Operations.Drive initiatives that are synergistic with wider business objectives, contributing to company-wide success.Qualifications And Education RequirementsA minimum of 7 years in marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions.Experience in developing and executing measurable marketing strategies.Restaurant industry experience is highly preferred.Problem solving methods and/or design thinking experience is highly preferred.Software Proficiency in: Data analysis tools, graphic design (Adobe Suite), Microsoft Office Suite, project management (Asana preferred).Desired AttributesGrowth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams.Burger Lounge is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
