We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and seasoned brand strategist to join our US marketing team as the Associate Director, Product Marketing Owner - HCP for the HIV Franchise.The HCP Product Marketing Owner will play a critical role in charting the course for a significant launch. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced leader to lead a Customer Agile Team (CAT) while taking ownership of Brand and HCP Strategy and Execution. This position will report to the Director, U.S. Commercial Leader (USCL) and will be based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office.In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing the brand and HCP strategy, defining strategic choices, optimizing customer experience, and connecting across the team and enterprise to ensure U.S. launch readiness. The candidate will lead, motivate, and inspire members of the CAT to drive results and deliver value aligned to the brand priorities. This high-profile role is designed to position the candidate for future leadership roles.The role is a Hybrid position which means 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with US CL to develop and evolve the launch strategy including HCP, Scientific Strategy and Field Execution.Provide guidance and oversight of HCP strategy development and ensure strategic alignment across other segments; collaborate with Global Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.Drive forward digital and data analytics, customer and market insights to define strategic choices.Identify opportunities to optimize customer experience; lead customer experience roadmap development and execution.Lead and mentor a high-performing Customer Agile Team, comprised of experts in marketing, campaign design, development, and measurement.Take full responsibility for leading CAT in setting and meeting strategic priorities and quarterly objectives; lead agile quarterly planning stages to enable teams to quickly and effectively respond to changing business needs and priorities.Lead CAT to meet pre-launch and launch milestones, including creation of market development and promotional campaigns.Serve as subject matter expert for market understanding and customer insights.Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise including Global Marketing, Data & Analytics, Medical Affairs, Policy, Payer Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Global Communications, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance.Manage brand budget and act as profit plan point for the brand.Partner with multiple stakeholders including Sales and IAM leadership in planning and execution of strategy, customer engagement and promotion.Partner with other Product Marketing Owners to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the team.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, customer segment marketing and/or payer marketing.Proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns for pharmaceuticals, covering various stages from clinical development pre-launch planning to brand launch, and post-launch optimization.Experience leading product positioning, branding and using data to make informed decisions.Adaptability to change, and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various teams including marketing, sales, medical, and other cross-functional partners to achieve business results.Solid business acumen with fiscal management experience.Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital and non-digital channels, and experience working with agencies.Proven experience in effectively leading cross-functional, enterprise teams.Has a growth mindset, advocates for agile ways of working, and supports team members in learning and adoption.Experience working in and with diverse teams.Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and executive presence.Preferred Skills:Understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Mural.
