Position Overview:The Director of Marketing is a key leadership position within the PharmaEssentia organization and responsible for the development and implementation of programs to maximize brand adoption. This role will contribute to the development of the HCP marketing strategy and tactical plan for both disease state and brand. A key responsibility will also be to work cross-functionally with Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Business Analytics and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and leads the US HCP marketing strategic and tactical plans.

Responsible for brand development, including campaign and messaging, and execution and approval of all brand material.

Collaborates cross-functionally on all marketing initiatives to ensure alignment across Medical, ClinDev, Finance, and Sales.

Develops and tracks key performance metrics.

Responsible for the A&P marketing budget and ensures fiscal responsibility in accurate reporting and accruing of expenses with all external partners.

Possesses strong communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels and audiences of the organization.

Creates annual objectives and developmental plans.

Provides ongoing evaluation and feedback to the Marketing team to ensure accomplishment of goals.

Collaborates with sales leadership and sales training to ensure best in class execution.

Effectively manage and maintain relationships with Agency Partners.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.

10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.

Product launch experience preferred.

Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.

Black Box product experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to large and small audiences.

Demonstrated fluency in articulating complex scientific concepts and data.

Strong agility skills.

Requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and team management skills.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate cross functionally.

Displays emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and ability to execute.

Strong understanding of the laws, regulations and rules governing the pharmaceutical industry.

Willingness to travel ~30% domestically.
