Job Title: Director of Marketing & Public RelationsReports to: Chief Operating OfficerEmployment: Full-Time, Exempt

Company Summary:

StationMD is a telehealth company dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. In providing this suite of services, StationMD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing & Public Relations Director is responsible for implementing the public affairs and marketing programs aligned with the strategic objectives identified by the StationMD leadership team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Planning and writing the monthly employee communication focusing on strategic messaging and ensuring the integrity of the brand.Building on website content to make the site relevant, inviting, and informative to the consumer as well as increase SEO and monthly reporting.Expand social media efforts and determine new avenues to reach clients.Seek opportunities to expand reputation through strategic public relations initiatives and story placements and through trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation, and other forms of advertising.Work with leadership team to plan, implement and track strategic marketing plans that focus on building volume in specific service lines.Assist with the writing and design of all marketing materials, including education pieces, marketing brochures, flyers, etc.Develop additional branding materials as required.Help manage events and outreach efforts including trade shows and conferences and attend as required.Manage and assist the team in maximizing membership potential with various local, regional, and national memberships, associations, and affiliations.Work with the COO to create the annual marketing plan and budget.Implement the annual marketing plan.Continually evaluate the public relations strategy.Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging.Work with vendors (ex. designers, etc.) to ensure brand continuity.Performs other duties as assigned.This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the position. EducationUndergraduate degree in journalism, marketing, public relations or related field required.Qualifications/RequirementsA minimum of three years of experience in public relations, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).High degree of organization.Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deadlines and projects, with minimal supervision.Must have a cooperative attitude and flexibility to changing priorities.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft office and pertinent graphic design programs.Communications skills, including media relations experience, newsletter development, and website content management preferred.Physical/Mental Requirements:Regular business hours.Sitting, standing, walking, reading, writing.Must be able to speak and write fluent English to effectively communicate with leadership, clients (internal and external), and staff.Ability to present to small and large groups.Must be able to read and understand complex information and ideas.StationMD/HealthTech Partners is an affirmative action equal opportunity employer.Resumes can be submitted to info@stationmd.comVisit our website at www.stationmd.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
