Marketing Manager / Director
for their organization. This is a dynamic, newly created role for an entrepreneurial driven organization that is growing rapidly. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Executive Management team and play a critical role in the overall marketing strategy for the organization. Client is seeking a driven individual with a strong background in public relations, digital marketing, brand management, and general marketing strategy to drive the company's brand awareness and support its sales efforts.Duties would include:Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channelsImplement brand guidelines and ensure brand integrity in all communication materialsCollaborate with internal teams to align branding strategies with product launches and marketing campaignsMonitor market trends and consumer preferences to evolve and strengthen the brand over timeOversee and manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand messagingTake charge of all social media outlets, developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presenceMonitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvementStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing strategiesWrite and edit press releases that convey the Company and CEO's vision, ensuring clear and effective communication of key messagesDraft statements and responses to inquiries from the media, stakeholders, and the publicDevelop and own the public communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectivesFoster positive relationships with media outlets and key influencersDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's outside sales initiativesCollaborate with the sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioningConduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and potential challengesCreate and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and promote brand loyaltyOther special projects as assigned by managementQualifications :Bachelors in Business- preferably Marketing5+ years of Marketing experience with focus on PR, digital marketing, brand management, and strategyExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership skillsProficient in digital marketing tools and social media platformsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentFamily Office / Private Equity / Start Up experience is a plusThis is an exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding energetic team that has ambitious goals.
