Position: Social Media Creative Director (Art)Reports To: SVP, Creative DirectorSummary:The Social Media Creative Director (Art) will be responsible for developing industry-leading creative across all social platforms ensuring alignment to overall brand strategy and client goals. With a deep understanding of social media platforms and their creative formats, they will have an ability to translate market research, data, and strategy to creative solutions.The Social Media Creative Director (Art) Content will work closely with both the Creative and Social Media Management teams to bring campaigns to life in the social space, overseeing social media creative asset development from concept to execution. They will have a deep understanding of channel and audience specific social strategies and an art for taking ideas from concept to final delivery.As a hands-on, visionary leader, they will provide direction, mentorship, and feedback to bring the team’s ideas to life. Raising the bar of creative excellence and output in the team, they will build a challenging, enriching, respectful, and fun environment for CJRW’s team of talented creatives.Responsibilities:Drive all social media creative strategy and execution partnering with the team to unlock the best creative ideas.Oversee and participate in the day-to-day creative production and design of organic and paid social media assets.Partner with the Social Media Management team in content planning and campaign development from concept to execution.Identify and leverage social media trends for client participation.Lead the development of social media brand guidelines for visual identity, photography style, video asset style as well as brand voice and tone.Collaborate with the Social Media Management team and agency Creative Directors to ensure client content goals and objectives are met and creative brand standards are followed.Develop and present creative concepts internally and to clients.Ensure all creative work is supported and inspired providing professional development and coaching to the team.Foster a respectful and collaborative environment focused on achieving success and measurable results for clients.Job Qualifications:10+ years at an agency, media company, corporate entity or brand focused on social creative work.Proven leadership experience in social media or digital content creation, supported by a robust portfolio.Hands-on maker experience, from concepting to asset production, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds of execution.Experience creating original and engaging content on behalf of clients on Meta and TikTok (including Reels, Stories and posts)Experience mentoring and developing junior creatives.Deep understanding of social platforms, best practices and their creative formats.Comfortability guiding a team through the process of translating research and client goals into inspiring and successful creative solutions.Curious mindset and bigger picture thinker.Expert written and verbal communicator with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts.Employment TypeFull TimeLittle Rock OfficeWeekly flex day with option for remote work on Fridays (schedule permitting)Compensation and Benefits:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Potential for annual profit-sharing bonus401(k) savings planFlexible spending account for health and dependent careGenerous insurance plans available (health, dental, life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability)Paid time offCompany-paid holidaysPaid parkingExplore Arkansas (annual expense reimbursement for qualifying in-state vacations)CJRW Cares (employee-guided non-profit giving program)#WeAreWellness (annual expense reimbursement for eligible wellness expenses)About CJRWCJRW is an advertising agency that generates ideas to build brands, solve problems, change perceptions and generate success.
