Additions to the team bring a sense of humor, dedication, hard-work, and the ability to communicate at all levels.About the Role:The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies through data analysis and insights. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, customer and market data, to inform marketing strategies, drive business decisions, and measure the performance of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a high-performing marketing analyst or data analyst, with a strong foundation in digital analytics, customer segmentation, marketing campaign measurement, and have experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Branch, AppsFlyer). This person reports to the Vice President of Marketing.Responsibilities Include:Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze data across digital marketing analytics platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.Identify trends and patterns in customer data, including app usage data, to inform marketing strategies.Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize app features and marketing campaigns.Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable marketing campaigns.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Media Analytics:

Utilize Media Mix Modeling to forecast marketing trends and consumer behavior.Create customer segmentation models to tailor marketing strategies to different audience segments.

About the Pay:Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000Annual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.5-7 years proven experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or Data Analyst within the retail or grocery sector preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Proven experience in digital analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).Familiarity with media measurement tools (e.g., Branch, AppsFlyer, Optimine).Understanding of basic statistical modeling techniques.Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Experience in statistical analysis and the use of statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, APT-Mastercard Test & Learn.)Familiarity with customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and market research techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
