This is a full-time in person position reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong focus on analytics and reporting to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts by providing insights derived from various analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Firebase, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of utilizing these platforms to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Firebase, etc., to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to various stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to optimize campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights.Identify trends and patterns in user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to suggest improvements and opportunities.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and user engagement.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing analytics and tools.Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to achieve marketing goals.Skill and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of computers, networking, and electronics.Ability to identify the cause of processing problems and delays and to establish corrective actions.Resolution mindset, proven experience helping users navigate the client online platform tools to a solution.Job Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish + English) .Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics orrelated field or equivalent work experience,Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Analyst with a focus on analytics and reporting.Strong expertise in analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Firebase.Proven experience in extracting insights from data and translating them into actionable recommendations.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or similar tools.Adept at handling large datasets and performing advanced data analysis techniques.Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Experience working with recognized brands or agencies is preferred.Google Analytics and other relevant certifications are a plus.Physical Requirements:
