Our client is seeking an accomplished and experienced telecommunications marketing leader to fill the role of Senior Marketing Manager. Our client is a private-equity backed fiber broadband start-up with ambitious plans to scale and expand its FTTH, SMB, and MDU business lines across multiple regions. The Senior Marketing Manager will be joining an experienced team that brings decades of fiber broadband, infrastructure, and technology experience with a proven track record of building and growing highly successful businesses.Our client is a marketing-led organization, and this role is critical for the company’s success. The ideal Senior Marketing Manager candidate should be an experienced, organized, and energetic self-starter with a successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This high-visibility role will have direct oversight and responsibility for all marketing-related efforts, including branding, website, campaigns, digital marketing, external events, and advertising, ensuring that all of these efforts align with the company’s business objectives and community values. The Senior Marketing Manager will also provide regular reports and presentations to the company’s Executive Team on campaigns and KPIs, as well as competitive intelligence in the communities in which the company serves and has targeted for future expansion. These roles and functions will evolve over time as the company grows, and our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will grow with the company.Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the company’s marketing strategy to align with its values and business goalsOversight and management of external marketing firms and PR agenciesLead and manage all digital and social media campaigns, which requires working knowledge of Facebook, Nextdoor, and InstagramResponsible for the design, build, and ongoing updates of the company’s website and online presenceManage and maintain the company’s CRM and all marketing-related software platformsCoordinate marketing campaigns with all sales activitiesOversee the marketing budget and all marketing-related activities and projectsCreate and manage all marketing-related KPIs, maintaining regular internal reports and presentations for the Company’s Executive TeamManage the creation, review, and publishing of all print and digital marketing materialsMaintain a competitive intelligence database across the company’s current and future network footprintCreate, plan, and implement all company-related promotionsMaintain and uphold company brand and identityManage and coordinate, in conjunction with the VP of Community Development, all community outreach efforts and events across the company’s regionsCreate and analyze strategic partnerships for marketing purposes for consideration by the company’s Executive TeamMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent in a related fieldMinimum of 7 years in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a manager roleLeadership and management skills to develop, coach, and direct the performance of a team to achieve goals and objectivesProven track record of successfully initiating, leading, and managing marketing campaignsStrong understanding of telecommunications marketing and industry practices is preferredExcellent leadership, public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical Demands and Work Environment
