Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across Docusign. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in Docusign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.As a key member of the Go-to-Market (GTM) finance team, you will support several marketing business units that span across corporate marketing and communications. Your core responsibilities will include:Financial analysis and modeling in support of strategic initiatives.Preparation of key financial forecasts including long-range and annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts.Presentation of performance insights and actionable recommendations to management to influence the direction of the business.Collaboration as a trusted partner to the business.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A.Responsibility

Serve as the primary finance business partner to the corporate marketing and communications teams.Build deep business partner relationships across the organization by establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers.Partner with the broader GTM finance team and cross-functional partners on business and financial insights, and process improvements to address evolving business dynamics.Develop financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of past, current, and future business performance.Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes inclusive of headcount and discretionary spend.Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to advise senior leadership on the financial performance of their teams and provide guidance on opportunities and risks.Undertake ad hoc strategic projects.Job Designation

BasicBA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial modeling.Experience in an FP&A corporate environment at a publicly-traded company or at an investment bank.Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.PreferredPrior experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop strategic recommendations.Ability to influence leadership with excellence in verbal and written communications.Ability to work independently, think objectively, and provide meaningful and insightful narratives based on both quantitative as well as qualitative data.Strong team player with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.Strong financial acumen with proficiency in accounting principles and corporate finance valuation concepts.Experience with financial and ERP systems such as Oracle or Adaptive Planning.Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryWashington DC: $101,500.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and
