You can read more about our purpose, mission and values on our website.The Role:In this newly created role, you will be joining a passionate team of global marketers and creatives committed to delivering on our purpose. This role will be based in Los Angeles, USA, and will report to our Head of Brand & Creative, who is based in Australia.As a Senior Marketing and PR Communications Lead at Envato, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing and public relations plans that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.What you'll be doing:Build and maintain relationships with industry specific media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.Create compelling press releases, media pitches and effective content for our target audience.Monitor media coverage, analyze its impact, and provide recommendations for optimization.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement PR and marketing aligned with company goals.Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of PR, events and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all activities.Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content.Know your way around managing paid partnerships, events and sponsorships to enhance visibility and engagement.To succeed in this role:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.You bring at least 7+ years of experience in PR, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.You have a proven track record in managing successful PR and marketing campaigns, You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, and you thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.You possess strong communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, and have an excellent eye for opportunity.You are adaptable, with great networking skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.You will have the initiative to take the lead and work independently and manage your workload effectively.Our culture & some of the great things we offer:• We are a remote-first with flexibility for you to manage work and life as you need - outcomes are what’s most important to us.• We know our product is awesome so we will provide you with a free Envato Elements subscription for your side gigs and/or personal use.• Through our recent acquisition by Shutterstock Inc.
