Learning Experience Designer

who is specifically responsible for helping our clients achieve their goals. This is accomplished by creating world-class learning material instructing clients on best practices, and advising how they should connect various aspects of their business using our software. This position reports directly to the Product Education Manager and collaborates with other content creators, product development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.To be successful in this role, you must have:

Up to 4 years experience in instructional design and developing advanced digital eLearning contentKnowledge of learning experience design methodologies and a proven ability to craft learning content that is effective and engagingStrong knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 (including project variables)A learning portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve learner needs using your strong design and development skills, attention to detail, and a sophisticated and modern aestheticFamiliarity with scoping, designing, prototyping, testing, building, launching, and maintaining online learningProficiency in managing, analyzing, and reporting on learner analytics, including curriculum, assessment, and efficacy dataA desire to always wonder how we might do things in new ways that scale and improve the learner experienceThe ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivatedAttributes aligning with our Core Values — GSSD (Get Smart Stuff Done), Team, Resilient, Inquisitive, Best, and Extra MileYour key responsibilities:

Curate and create effective learning and assessment experiences to improve the client onboarding experienceDesign and develop engaging and effective learning programs, courses, and materials that align with organizational objectivesWork with internal teams to define learning requirements and goalsExperiment and iterate often, gathering early feedback and taking actionWhat success looks like:

Content is developed and prioritized properly based on product roadmap priorities and productivity targetsEfficacy measurements reflect the successful implementation of the Ninety platform and conceptsKnown for building and managing best-in-class content that helps teams build great companies and individuals become better and better versions of their best selvesAll content adheres to Ninety’s style guide (including standards of voice, style, branding, terminology, and so on)A high level of credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leadersEffectively using agile events such as backlog review, sprint planning, and retrospectivePreferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in learning design, educational technology, education, or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learning scienceExperience with basic video and audio production and developing scriptsAbout us as an employer:
