WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of learning assets. This includes everything from analysis through development phases. As an

Instructional Designer , you will interview SMEs and conduct learning needs analysis. You will iterate through the design phase to ensure learning objectives are met in an impactful and measurable way. You will also develop courses to scope and work with partner teams to coordinate implementation.

Through this process, you will be successful in the Instructional Designer role by taking ownership of the project, communicating across channels, and being accountable for the end product delivered to stakeholders. You will partner with project managers and program owners to execute all learning assets within projects.

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:

4-year degree or equivalent work experience

5 years experience minimum as an ID leading analysis/design/development

Experience with both VILT and OLT, required

Project management experience strongly preferred

Enterprise-grade learning content development experience

Previous experience working with Microsoft, strongly preferred

Articulate 360 experience, preferred

Experience designing and conducting customer learning needs assessments

Experience using generative AI (GenAI) tools in the content development lifecycle

Ability to lead large scale learning projects from beginning to end

Experience in corporate environments and navigating matrixed organizational charts

Ability to consistently drive toward and meet deadlines

Strong tone and presence and confidence to work independently with clients

Ability to think outside the box and be innovative

Proven track record of being both strategic and detail focused

Can work in ambiguity

Strong efficiency in MSFT Office products including PowerPoint & SharePoint

DETAILS:

Virtual / Remote OR Onsite potential (Redmond, WA). W-2, temporary, hourly position (with possibility of extension). Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone. Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $35-$50 hourly.
