What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to support two seasoned, high-volume agents on our Tour Marketing team while supporting the Agency’s top-tier music & comedy client roster. The best candidates for this role are ready to handle numerous aspects of client tour marketing on their own without continuous oversight by senior agents; this is not an entry-level position.

DutiesSupport the execution of national and global tour launches for music and comedy clients.Maintain tracking spreadsheets for tour marketing client roster.Collect, organize, and track client and tour assets + local materials. Proof marketing and ticketing deliverables.Cross-check ticketing links, EDPs, pre-sales, and VIP program implementation (where applicable), as well as all social media platforms for artist and promoters accounts.Communicate consistently and professionally with all external and internal partners.Salary Description

$66,560/year, depending on experience

RequirementsSkills And QualificationsUnderstanding of all necessary steps marketers are responsible for from initial booking confirmation through day of show.Knowledge and understanding of how to evaluate artists and analyze what tactics are best suited for marketing their events.Experience reviewing ad plans, radio proposals, and ticket audits.Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.Exemplary follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines.Ideal attributes: resourceful, proactive, diligent, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive.Ability to identify problems, brainstorm, and implement solutions.Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well with various personality types.Adaptability to changing work environments.Proficiency in working and communicating professionally in written and verbal form with internal and external partners.Must demonstrate the ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality.Must be comfortable working nontraditional hours.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.Education And Experience2+ years of experience in tour marketing or comparable roles in the touring space.Perks And Benefits
