The Director of Tour Marketing is responsible for working with the Manager Services Client Teams to develop and execute marketing plans and strategy for client tours. The Tour Marketing Director will be the key internal and external contact to prepare and present marketing plans alongside or in lieu of agency tour marketing teams. As the mtheory touring specialist, they will build and manage relationships with key partners in the tour marketing space (including agents, agency tour marketers and third party marketing partners) and regularly bring insights and opportunities back to our teams and clients. The Tour Marketing Director will compile and share audience and artist demographic information and case studies/learnings across clients with the overall marketing teams. They maintain best practices for tour marketing to be applied across our roster and work closely with teams to teach and integrate show and tour-specific marketing initiatives into overall artist marketing strategy.

About you:

5+ years experience in tour marketing (no exceptions)

Analyzing touring historicals and current market traffic as well as relevant data platforms for creating marketing plans and analysis

Demonstrated experience in marketing with specialization in advertising & SEO, Social Media Marketing

Experience working with artist teams/managers

Strong social, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Proactive with strong prioritization skills

Salary: $55,000-$75,000 + annual discretionary bonus
