Job SummaryRevance is seeking an energetic and experienced Director, Marketing - Daxxify to join the Aesthetics team. The Director will report to the Executive Director, Marketing - Aesthetics and will develop strategic operating plans for a highly-differentiated brand value proposition and driving day-to-day execution of marketing activities mapped to annual strategic imperatives. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive HCP customer and consumer awareness, demand and education; creating sales enablement programs and tools; demand planning and forecasting; managing internal and external agency relationships; and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver against strategic and financial KPIs.The candidate should possess a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamically-changing environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization are needed, with a preference for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team organization. This leader should be able to think big but simultaneously roll up their sleeves to execute. Willingness to travel up to 50%.Reporting to:

$163,200 - $233,420Responsibilities/Essential DutiesDevelop and execute brand plan for professional and consumer that help meet and exceed the brand’s strategic and financial KPIs and align team and cross functional teams around plan.Drive product category as a business with end-to-end accountability & build brand equity.Collaboration with both internal and external third parties to ensure the success of all initiatives and programs.Define customer journey and identify customer segmentation to align brand messaging and value prop and create programs and tools, push/pull promotions that support customer and consumer engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention.Collaborate with the Professional Education team and internal & external partners to design training programs and develop medical educational content & resources for customers.Monitor brand performance and KPIs across various awareness, trial and usage metrics.Develop deep customer relationships and extract customer insights from field and market intelligence to refine key messaging, customer segmentation and strategic operating plans.Provide internal thought leadership in strategic discussions and stay current on the latest trends in injectable aesthetics via field engagement, market research, advisory boards, and industry congresses and associations.Lead high-impact projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders (eg., Medical Affairs, Sales, Creative Studio, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, etc.) and external agencies from ideation through successful implementation.Support competitive intelligence monitoring activities and develop competitive response playbooks for customer-facing teams.Manage the promotional review committee process with Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory for the creation of promotional and internal use only materials.Basic QualificationsDoctorate degree & 5 years’ directly related experience; ORMaster’s degree & 7 years’ directly related experience; ORBachelor’s degree & 9 years’ directly related experience; AND4 years’ managerial experience directly managing people, projects, programs or resources.Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree is a plus.Other degrees in related disciplines are considered contingent upon relevant professional experience.8+ years of marketing experience in any category or specialty with a track record of growth and success.Familiarity working in the aesthetics industry.Prior people management experience.Enthusiasm and aptitude for metrics driven marketing.Proactive and can-do attitude with a passion for succeeding despite potential obstacles.Capable of managing and switching between hands-on tasks and strategic thinking.Comfortable in managing through ambiguity and delivering against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker.Freakish commitment to completing tasks.Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management skills.A leader that values impact over activity.Strategic Planning, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing Strategy, People Management, Market Research, Product Marketing, Brand Strategy, Marketing Planning, Vendor Management, Event Management, Digital Marketing, and Sales Planning, Talent Development.Company SummaryAs a commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on innovative aesthetic and therapeutic offerings, Revance is setting the new standard for its clients through disruptive products, and for its employees through industry-leading benefits, which promote financial and physical well-being for all.
