Requirements:Cleared for Top Secret (TS) information and eligible for access to SCI.Minimum of 12 years’ experience with 5 years of experience in communication strategy development, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.Experience coordinating and synchronizing messages across multiple communication channels.Experience working with a variety of communication channels, including electronic, digital, print, and social media.Desired:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field.Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) or Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) or Translation and Interpretation Certifications (CT or CI).Proficiency in content creation and management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media management platforms).Experience with translation and interpretation software for accurate language services.Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research for communication insights.Experience in crisis communication and maintaining credibility under pressure.Benefits:At Peraton, our benefits are designed to help keep you at your best beyond the work you do with us daily. We will provide enterprise-wide professional services to address staffing gaps and sustain operational readiness during peacetime, wartime, and contingency operations. Our services will cover critical functions that enable effective and efficient mission execution in a dynamic global threat and geopolitical security environment across the USINDOPACOM AOR.As the Communications Service Manager, you shall provide a range of capabilities and technologies to effectively disseminate accurate and timely information with clear explanations of activities within the command to external partners and other stakeholders such as domestic and international audiences, U.S., allies, and partner nations. These services will coordinate and synchronize themes, messages, images, and actions across all communication channels (e.g., electronic, digital, print materials, virtual, email & newsletters, and social media). The objective of these services is to enhance morale and readiness, build public trust and understanding, promote deterrence, and maintain credibility. These services include qualitative and quantitative research for a wide range of information, planning, participating in cross-functional teams, responding to media and public inquiries, developing communication programs, facilitating communications to different stakeholders and audiences, and assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities. You must be able to provide interpretation, translation, and transcribing services as required by the Government.
