As a member of our resort leadership team, the primary role of a Director of Event Planning is to function as the Strategic Business Leader of Event Management, which includes overseeing the departments of Event Planning, Event Service, and Event Technology. This role is responsible for developing and implementing departmental strategies and initiatives and ensuring a seamless turnover of hotel events from Sales to Operations and back to Sales.
