Job Overview:We are looking for a talented
UX/UI Designer
or
Graphic Designer
with experience in the
e-commerce/SaaS
industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design, visual design, and a deep understanding of e-commerce/SaaS best practices. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging, intuitive, and seamless shopping experiences across all digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design & Prototyping : Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs for desktop, mobile, and app interfaces that enhance user experience and drive e-commerce conversion.User Research : Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to gather feedback and insights. Use these findings to iterate on designs.UI Development : Develop visually appealing UI components, adhering to brand guidelines, with attention to usability, accessibility, and responsive design.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to define design requirements and deliver engaging user experiences.Graphic Design : Design compelling banners, advertisements, landing pages, and promotional materials for product launches, sales campaigns, and social media channels.UX Optimization : Continuously improve the user experience through data analysis, heat maps, customer feedback, and emerging UX/UI trends specific to e-commerce.Brand Consistency : Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system and component libraries.Requirements:Experience : 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer or graphic designer, preferably in the e-commerce/SaaS industry.Skills :
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, or similar).Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices.Experience working with front-end development teams and an understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities.Knowledge of A/B testing, user research methodologies, and usability testing tools.Ability to design mobile-first and create responsive layouts.
