As a Marketing Specialist with NationaLease, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will organize and manage the production and distribution of communications to all members of the NationaLease member organization. Your responsibilities will include the assembly, editing, and production of a weekly, digital brand newsletter, as well as the development and distribution of a variety of communications to promote member meetings, and to support the management team in their outreach to members.

This key position reports to the Vice President, Member Service within our NationaLease team, and works closely with marketing teams members on the NationaLease website and public relations. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!As a NationaLease Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:Weekly newsletter production and distribution, along with content creationWeekly open reports on newsletter distributionMailing list managementMeeting marketing, including registration, email communication, website content, etc.Updating meeting attendees listsDeveloping content for website updates, which currently entail biweekly meeting updates (send to Corcentric for posting)Writing meeting agendas, including session descriptions and bios, with information provided by the events officePrepare and ship attendee name badgesSponsorship solicitation for meetingsCalling members to encourage registrationManaging relevant mobile applications for event and meeting managementManaging meeting surveys and resulting data compilationManaging Service Awards program, National Account Marketing, and Tradeshow supportPreparing Quarterly Board ReportDeveloping & designing content for NationaLease websiteDeveloping an integrated marketing plan focused on a customer-facing marketing strategyCreating and distributing quarterly Safety and Compliance Central resources to membersCreating, updating and maintaining NationaLease Newsroom page utilizing WordPressWriting press releases and distributing in conjunction with Alvare AssociatesWorking with members’ marketing teams to create a unified NationaLease brand conceptCreating content and managing NationaLease Instagram accountAssisting with content creation and scheduling for NationaLease LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accountsWhat We’re Looking For

You’ll need to have:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.) or equivalent experienceExperience in a corporate, business-to-business (B2B) marketing environmentSuperior organizational and project management skillsGreat attention-to-detailThe ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlinesDemonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expensesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with HTML, event management technologies (Aventri), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)Experience with Photoshop and InDesignExperience with Survey Monkey, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or a similar newsletter distribution platformAbility to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization, including senior leadership
