People helping people find financialsolutions for life.Job Title: DIRECTOR of MEDIA MARKETINGIn collaboration with the Senior Director of Brand, the Director ofMedia Marketing leads and directs a team responsible for establishing astrategy and tactics, including comprehensive always on digital andmulti-media marketing programs to increase new customer acquisition andexisting customer engagement, with the goal of increasing revenue andmarket share growth across all business lines. The incumbent will alsoprovide the media marketing strategy to multi-channel marketingcampaigns run by Brand Marketing. The incumbent will engage, direct, andheavily leverage various marketing support teams and vendors for digitalmedia, direct mail, and email to implement programs in an efficientmanner. The incumbent will also collaborate with Director of Analyticsto measure the performance of programs and ROMI. The incumbent reportsdirectly to the Senior Director of Brand.We are seeking candidates who embrace diversity, equity, and inclusionin a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired.What Youll Do at Arvest:

(Other duties may be assigned.)Provides thought leadership on developing and testing new marketingapproaches (digital, direct, multi-media, 1x1) to achieve specificrevenue growth objectives.Leads and manages always on media marketing strategies and tacticsincluding digital media, broadcast media, out of home media,sponsorships and other to support Arvests new customer acquisitionand existing customer relationship deepening objectives.{=html} - Leads with marketing support teams to implement digital media, AIdriven media, broadcast media, targeted 1x1 external media and otherstrategies into media Marketing programs.- Collaborates with Performance Marketing Team to incorporate digitalmedia and multi-channel strategies into Performance Marketingprograms, particularly lead delivery and performance measurement.{=html} - Provides a strategic media and multi-channel marketing component tolarge Brand Marketing and Integrated Campaigns designed to growrevenue.- Collaborates with Analytics team to identify and test external dataand signals which indicate a potentially attractive prospect toconvert to a new customer.- Partners with Analytics team to identify and test trigger events andother signals that indicate customers have a need which can besatisfied with content, product, or other solution. Evaluate andleverage propensity models to identify target audiences forproductive performance programs.- Approves content produced by Brand Advertising to develop creativeassets for acquisition and cross-sell campaigns and prepare fordelivery to media outlets.- Works with finance and business analysis to develop business casesfor testing scenarios and other new initiatives as well as rampingup and operationalizing proven initiatives, utilizing budget and ROImodels.- Selects, manages, and maintains effective relationships withinternal and external vendors, agencies, and suppliers. Holdsagencies accountable for performance. Manages multi-million-dollarmedia budget and measures for ROMI.- Establishes KPIs and evaluates performance and provides reporting ofbrand building, acquisition, and cross-sell campaig s, includingsales impact and marketing contribution.- Ensures campaigns adhere to applicable compliance regulations,including the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornographyand Marketing Act (CAN- SPAM).- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and thebank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Thisincludes but is not limited to; complete compliance training andadhere to internal procedures and controls; report any knownviolations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report anysuspicious customer and/or account activity.
