People helping people find financial solutions for life.Job Title: DIRECTOR of MEDIA MARKETINGIn collaboration with the Senior Director of Brand, the Director of Media Marketing leads and directs a team responsible for establishing a strategy and tactics, including comprehensive always-on digital and multi-media marketing programs to increase new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement, with the goal of increasing revenue and market share growth across all business lines. The incumbent will also provide the media marketing strategy to multi-channel marketing campaigns run by Brand Marketing. The incumbent will engage, direct, and heavily leverage various marketing support teams and vendors for digital media, direct mail, and email to implement programs in an efficient manner. The incumbent will also collaborate with the Director of Analytics to measure the performance of programs and ROMI. (Other duties may be assigned.)Provides thought leadership on developing and testing new marketing approaches (digital, direct, multi-media, 1x1) to achieve specific revenue growth objectives.Leads and manages always-on media marketing strategies and tactics including digital media, broadcast media, out-of-home media, sponsorships, and others to support Arvest's new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship deepening objectives.Leads with marketing support teams to implement digital media, AI-driven media, broadcast media, targeted 1x1 external media, and other strategies into media marketing programs.Collaborates with the Performance Marketing Team to incorporate digital media and multi-channel strategies into Performance Marketing programs, particularly lead delivery and performance measurement.Provides a strategic media and multi-channel marketing component to large Brand Marketing and Integrated Campaigns designed to grow revenue.Collaborates with the Analytics team to identify and test external data and signals which indicate a potentially attractive prospect to convert to a new customer.Partners with the Analytics team to identify and test trigger events and other signals that indicate customers have a need which can be satisfied with content, product, or other solutions. Evaluate and leverage propensity models to identify target audiences for productive performance programs.Approves content produced by Brand Advertising to develop creative assets for acquisition and cross-sell campaigns and prepare for delivery to media outlets.Works with finance and business analysis to develop business cases for testing scenarios and other new initiatives as well as ramping up and operationalizing proven initiatives, utilizing budget and ROI models.Selects, manages, and maintains effective relationships with internal and external vendors, agencies, and suppliers. Holds agencies accountable for performance. Manages multi-million-dollar media budget and measures for ROMI.Establishes KPIs and evaluates performance and provides reporting of brand building, acquisition, and cross-sell campaigns, including sales impact and marketing contribution.Ensures campaigns adhere to applicable compliance regulations, including the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM).Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
