Who We're Looking For - Marketing Director

As a Marketing Director at Clearlink, you’ll lead multiple teams in creating engaging digital experiences that drive results. You’ll collaborate with dedicated, hard-working cross-functional teams of digital marketing experts including SEO and PPC specialists, content strategists, copywriters, designers, engineers, and project managers. You’ll drive strategy across multiple industries, help identify and evaluate new opportunities, and play a key role in growing new business for our brand partners.

The Impact You Will Make:

Develop and implement the digital acquisition strategy across digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Email, SMS to drive pipeline and revenue through creative and effective marketing campaigns

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Lead cross-functional teams comprised of multiple subject areas (SEO, copy, design, etc.) to execute on strategy

Inspire your team to meet bold goals in a fast-paced environment

Own the P&Ls for your respective brand partnerships and manage performance goals, KPIs, and profitability

Oversee budgeting, forecasting & reporting

Identify new channels of opportunity to invest and find incremental user growth with strong ROI

Collaborate with Brand Partners, Partner Strategy, and Sales team to grow existing business, evaluate new opportunities, and pitch new marketing opportunities

Champion a culture of learning, collaboration, experimentation, and psychological safety

What You Bring:

10 years minimum experience managing digital marketing strategy and 4 years minimum experience in leading and developing teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Experience in developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies

Ability to proactively drive, grow and manage $50M-$100M digital business

A consistent track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth

Proven channel marketing expertise in SEO & Paid Search strongly preferred

E-commerce, lead generation, and email marketing experience a plus

Create a long-term marketing strategy and roadmap that clarifies the vision for your team’s brand/website, including channel mix, projects or campaigns, and overall priorities

Lead and inspire a cross-functional digital marketing team made up of a content strategist, SEO specialist, PPC specialist, copywriter, designer, and others

Support on stakeholder syncs, proactively sharing performance updates, new initiatives, and roadblocks

Exceptional communication, both written and verbal

Action-oriented with a deep and abiding love for solving sophisticated problems

Good balance of confidence and humility
