PPC & SEO Specialist

We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented and results-driven PPC & SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team, with a strong emphasis on (and passion for!) PPC strategy. In this role, you will primarily focus on creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads. Additionally, you'll be part of the team responsible for driving organic growth through a well-crafted SEO strategy. You will work closely with our marketing teams to ensure our digital advertising efforts align with business objectives, drive traffic, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute PPC campaigns that are aligned with overall business objectives, driving targeted traffic and maximizing lead generation.Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and keyword rankings.Collaborate with content and creative teams to align landing page development, ad copy, and content with digital advertising goals.Develop and implement advanced bidding strategies for SEM campaigns to improve ad placement and performance.Ensure consistent keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.Leverage A/B testing methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels.Work with the campaign and analytics manager to set up tracking, reporting, and attribution models to provide clear, data-driven insights into campaign performance.Keep on top of industry news, SEO trends, and new tools & techniques.Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO.Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Proven success in optimizing PPC campaigns for search engines and social media platforms.Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console.Familiarity with various bidding strategies, keyword research tools, and ad copy best practices.Comfort in managing several brands simultaneously.Additional Great-to-haves:

Experience with Bing PPC and LinkedIn Ad Manager.Experience working with Screaming Frog and WordPress.Previous work experience in an agency environment.Experience in A/B testing, optimizing and designing landing pages for better performance.
