An ideal candidate must have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of organization and attention to detail

Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent time management skills

Ability to spot emerging trends via social media

Familiarity with social media, social networking, and email marketing

Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong writing and copy-editing abilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide support to marketing department

Identify and execute marketing strategy

Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives

Develop and execute marketing campaigns

Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives

Perform market outreach and research

Assist with social media and website content

Organize and manage marketing collateral

Successfully report on data-driven analytics

Organize and coordinate logo wear for company

Property Marketing including creation of property brochures, logos, signage, floorplans, announcements, etc)

Creation of property websites

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree marketing or in related field

2-3 years of experience in marketing

Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Experience with Canva is required

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) a plus

Digital photography and video editing experience a plus

Property Management experience preferred
