Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial as you will be responsible for all the visual outputs of our agency, from development to implementation. You will collaborate closely with our marketing strategists who handle client communications, allowing you to focus solely on the creative aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement visual designs for various marketing materials including visual brand and logo development, digital ads, posters, flyers, brochures, postcards, magazines, and websites (design only).
Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and develop new ideas.
Ensure all visual content aligns with the client’s brand and marketing strategy.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all creative outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment.
Driven, passionate about design, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary ($60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience).
